Idea : recover the geometry of a scene using a mobile device camera with online on-device computation only.

Objectives :

  • achieve fast structure from motion using efficient statistical keypoint matching techniques
  • compute a sparse 3D reconstruction of the environment
  • achieve plane detection for segmented scene recovery
